TN Class 10 exams postponed, check out rescheduled timetable here


May 19, 2020: Tamil Nadu class 10 board exams were postponed due to the epidemic Coronavirus. The board recently announced that the exams will be conducted from June 1 to June 12. However, because of the backlash received, the Tamil Nadu Board of Secondary Education has decided to once again postpone the pending TN board class 10 exams to mid-June.


According to the revised TN class 10 exam schedule 2020, the TN board class 10 exams will now be held from June 15 to June 25. The education minister KA Sengottaiyan said the exams have been further postponed due to the increasing cases of COVID-19. He also informed that the one pending TN class 11 exam will be held on June 18, 2020.

In a previous statement about COVID-19 guidelines that will be followed whilst conduct TN board exams, the Tamil Nadu education minister KA Sengottaiyan also assured that the TN board exams 2020 will be conducted adhering to all social distancing norms along with modified seating arrangements in place doctors opinion is also taken to assure safety and containing the spread of COVID-19 among students. Furthermore he stated the buses will be arranged to pick up and drop students from all corners of the state. He also appealed students to wear masks.
