CBSE 12 Results 2020

April 30, 2020: The student community is eagerly awaiting news regarding the pending CBSE board exams 2020 on tenterhooks. Due to several questions being asked by students and parents alike, several statements made by different people associated with the board and education ministry are being circulated in the media resulting in confusion within the community.

Recently, after a meeting between the state education ministers and HRD Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal, questions regarding whether the CBSE would conduct the pending Class 10th board exam 202 arose. Manish Sisodia, the Deputy Chief Minister of Delhi, made a suggestion that Class 10th and Class 12th students should be promoted based on their internal marks. After this, Anurag Tripathy, Secretary for the Central Board of Secondary Education spoke to a news channel and said that as only minor subjects of Class 10th were pending, cancellation of these exams can be considered. This would be in line of Manish Sisodia’s suggestion to the Board.

However, this did not mean that all pending CBSE class 10th exams 2020 are expected to be cancelled! The same was clarified by a tweet before issuing a public release.

The Central Board of Secondary Education then went on to publish a fresh release on 29 April in order to clear the confusion. This circular concurs and makes reference to the statement made on 1st April with regards to the pending class 10th and class 12th board exams 2020.
