NBSE Board Exams 2018: Nagaland polls delay HSLC & HSSLC Results
Students in Nagaland who were anxiously expecting their results for the HSLC & HSSLC results the exams for which they appeared in the month of March will have to wait a little longer for their Class 10 and 12 exams as a result of the impact of the Assembly elections that were held in February.
Officials of Nagaland Board of School Education (NBSE) announced in Dimapur that the results of the High School Leaving Certificate (HSLC) and Higher Secondary School Leaving Certificate (HSSLC) exams held in March could be delayed by at least a fortnight.
The NBSE results which are usually declared in the first week of May could take another 15 days to arrive. Last year the NBSE HSLC & HSSLC exam results arrived on 08 May, 2017. The NBSE exams are usually held in February, but because of Assembly elections, they were conducted in March this time which has caused the delay.
