CBSE UGC NET 2017 November Results Out
3 January 2018: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced the results for UGC NET 2017 which was held in the month of November. The results were announced on the official website, cbsenet.nic.in. The answer key and OMR sheets for the test were released in December 2017.
As many as 9.3 lakh students appeared for the exam out of which there were 4,09,439 male candidates, 5,19,557 female candidates, and 3 transgender candidates. The exam was conducted at 91 cities and 1700 exam centres.
Students appearing for the UGC NET sat for three papers; paper I which was General Awareness (common for all candidates), and paper II and paper III which focused on the subject selected by the candidate. There was a choice of 84 subjects for the candidates.

- Enter your roll number, application number, and date of birth
- Click on submit
- Access displayed results
The UGC NET conducted by CBSE is used to determine the eligibility of Indian citizens for Assistant Professorship and Junior Research Fellowship at Indian universities and colleges.
