Nagaland Board HSSLC Class 12 Exams 2018: Exams begin tomorrow

The Nagaland Board of School Education (MBSE) Class 12 Higher Secondary School Leaving Certificate (HSSLC) examination starts tomorrow on 08 March, 2018. The date sheet has been made available on the board’s official website – www.nbsenagaland.com/. The exams will begin from March 8 and will end on March 29. The entire schedule of the examination was published a month ago for students at the board’s official website.

The Board also released the time table for Class 10 High School Leaving Certificate (HSLC) exams. The Nagaland Board HSLC Class 10 exams start on March 09 and will end on March 21 for the academic year 2017-18. The results for the academic year 2016-17 were declared on May 08, 2017 for HSSLC Class 12 exams and HSLC Class 10 exams.

The theory examinations will be held from 09 am to 12 noon for both the classes. The students are advised to bring their admit cards for entry into the exam hall. In the event that a student is not carrying their admit card, he/she will be denied entry into the exam hall. It is important that the candidates reach the exam hall at least 30 – 45 minutes before the exact reporting time.

A total of 21712 candidates will be sitting for the HSLC Examinations at 80 centres. For the 2018 examinations, there are 15281 candidates who will appear at 54 centres. Class XI Promotion Examination, 2018 will be held simultaneously with the HSSLC Examination, 2018, where a total of 17704 students have enrolled at 161 centres.

Two new centres for the HSLC Examinations have been created at Government Higher Secondary School, Longkhim and Government Higher Secondary School, Niuland. For HSSLC, a new centre was also created at St. Paul Higher Secondary School, Dimapur.
