ICSE Board exams begin today with English Language paper

26 February, 2018: The Council for Indian School Certificate Examination (CISCE) is going to conduct the ICSE class 10 Board exams from today 26 February. The first paper is going to be English Language paper-I and the last paper will be Environmental Science Paper which will be conducted on Wednesday, 28 March. This year, the ICSE class 10 exams 2018 will take place for over a month with 1-4 days gaps in between exams to give students enough time to prepare for different subjects.

CISCE has already issued a notice regarding the ban on using smart watches and digital watches in the exam hall. From this year, CISCE has changed the passing marks for the class 10 and class 12 students. The pass marks for ICSE has been updated from 35 per cent to 33 per cent and that for the ISC from 40 per cent to 35 per cent. Most of the exams will start at 11 AM, so the question papers will be distributed at 10:35 AM for students to go through the question papers properly.
