CBSE Class X and XII Boards to Start Tomorrow; 28.24 lakh students registered to appear

The CBSE boards exams for classes X and XII are all set to start tomorrow, on 5th of March 2018. The class X board exams are to continue till the 4th of April and the class XII boards are to continue till the 13th of April. 28.24 lakh students have registered overall for both the exams, the results for which are due to come out in the month of May, 2018. The class 10th exams which are going to be given by 16,38,428 students are going to be conducted at 4453 centres in India and 78 centres in foreign countries. 11,86,306 students have registered to appear for the class XII exams which are going to be conducted at 4138 centres in the country and 71 centres abroad.

Starting 2018, CBSE students have access to an observation system that will allow them to give feedback on the exams they appear for. This feedback has to be registered in the system within 24 hours of the examination. The expert group responsible for the marking scheme for CBSE papers will take this feedback into consideration.
