The Cochin University of Science and Technology (CUSAT) was founded in the year 1971 as the "University of Cochin" & was reorganized into CUSAT in February 1986. Its objective is to promote graduate and post-graduate studies and advanced research in applied science, engineering, technology, marine science, commerce, management and social science. Located 10 kms to the north of Ernakulam city, its main campus in Thrikkakkara covers an area of 180 acres. It also has campuses near lake Vembanad and in Kuttanad.

Semester exams are conducted by CUSAT for various courses like B.Tech, M.Tech, MBA, MCA, MSc. Students can get their exam results for academic session 2015 - 2016 from this website.
